The surfaces suitable for applying our stickers are numerous, however, application on certain water-based paints may result in poor product adhesion; grainy surfaces are also not recommended... For any use on this type of surface or on other types of non-smooth support, a prior effectiveness test is strongly recommended. As a precaution, children under three years of age should be kept away from any unstuck adhesive.

7. Availability

We process your order within the limits of available stocks. The majority of our products are manufactured on demand, when you order. Manufacturing times are generally between 24H and 72H. This time, specified on each product sheet, is only indicative. In the event that one of the products ordered is not available, we undertake to contact you by email within 2 days from the date of your order, in order to inform you and to indicate within what time frame this product could, if applicable, be delivered to you.

8. Secure payment

STICK-IN offers you several payment methods: by credit card (payment module offered by our bank CIC-CIO) - by PayPal ( http://www.paypal.fr/). It is only after credit, on the account of STICK-IN, of your payment that your order will be taken into account and that the delivery time will begin to run. In accordance with our commitment to payment security, we inform you that STICK-IN verifies the reliability of the information entered when registering an order. The customer is informed that STICK-IN may carry out the analysis and/or verification of orders placed in order to combat fraud and, in this regard, reserves the right to ask the consumer for any supporting documents it deems useful for this purpose. At the end of this procedure, it reserves the right to suspend or cancel any order or delivery, even in the event of payment authorization issued by the financial institutions concerned, in cases where this analysis and/or these verifications suggest that the said order was placed in fraud of the rights of a third party. STICK-IN cannot be held responsible for any embezzlement or fraudulent use of any means of payment that has not been detected by this analysis and/or verification procedure. This approach is in line with our desire to combat fraud using online payment methods and aims to protect all consumers. Consequently, our fraud prevention department may ask you, in certain cases, for additional information about you (copy of an identity document, proof of address) in order to validate your purchase and ship your package. In this case, in order to ensure that your order is shipped within the expected time frame, we ask that you provide us with a landline number where you can be easily reached, and confirmation of the information entered or the sending of the requested documents within the day.

9. Delivery

In the event that the delivery address is different from the billing address, it is the customer's responsibility to provide these two addresses separately. Your order will be delivered to the address you have indicated to us in the "delivery address" section. The delivery person may ask you for a signature upon delivery. In the event of absence, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox and will indicate where to collect your package. In the event of incorrect or incomplete information resulting in the carrier being unable to make the delivery, the carrier will return the goods to STICK-IN, this subject to the prior payment of the amount of new shipping costs by the consumer. The delivery date is determined by the following 2 elements:

- the shipping time (generally between 3 and 7 working days unless otherwise stated on the product sheets): credit to the account of STICK-IN payment of the order + verification of the reliability of the information entered by the customer + preparation of the order + handling of the mail(s)/package(s) by the carrier
- the delivery time of the package/mail by the carrier to mainland France (48 hours to 3 working days).

STICK-IN makes every effort to respect the shipping and delivery times mentioned when registering your order. However, we cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay in delivery or loss of packages caused by the carrier or an event attributable to the customer or due to an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constituting a case of force majeure. In the event of a delivery delay of more than 20 days, with regard to the announced delivery deadline, you have the possibility of canceling your order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt. In this regard, we undertake to reimburse you for the sums paid within 30 days. In the event of non-receipt of a package within the indicated time, an investigation is carried out with the carrier and may take several days.

10. Reception

At the time of receipt, the customer must check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the products delivered at the time of delivery by the Post Office or the specialized carrier. The package must be intact and undamaged upon delivery. If the package is in poor condition or shows signs of impact, the customer must refuse it (it will be returned to us and we will resend a new one) so that we can exercise all recourse against the carrier. The customer must open the package in front of the delivery person or at the post office if he goes to collect it after leaving a delivery notice. If the customer is unable to do so and if he receives a damaged package, or if the customer notices a non-conformity of the products delivered, he must send a complaint to STICK-IN, within three working days from the date of receipt of the product: - by registered mail (address provided upon simple request) - by email via the contact form available on the site www.stick-in.fr Or www.https://shop.stick-in.fr/en/ In the absence of a claim made within the aforementioned period, the products delivered will be deemed compliant and accepted by the customer.
