2. Use of the website
The website shop.stick-in.fr presents and sells the products of the STICK-IN workshop. Using it implies acceptance of this legal notice; sales are governed by the terms and conditions of sale.
STICK-IN endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information but cannot guarantee that it is free of errors or omissions. The website may be interrupted for maintenance. STICK-IN cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from an interruption, a malfunction or an incompatibility of the user's equipment.
Content submitted by users (reviews, photos, messages) must comply with the law and the rights of third parties. STICK-IN may refuse or remove any content that is unlawful, abusive or off-topic.
3. Intellectual property
The texts, photographs, drawings, cutting files, logos and the STICK-IN trade mark are protected by copyright and trade mark law. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, without the written permission of STICK-IN is prohibited.
The names, trade marks and logos of car manufacturers mentioned on the website belong to their respective owners; they are used solely to identify the vehicles for which the products are intended. STICK-IN is not affiliated with any manufacturer. Images from the programme Wheeler Dealers France are reproduced with the permission of RMC Découverte.

Recipients
The data is intended for STICK-IN and, as far as they are concerned, for its service providers: the host (IONOS, France/European Union), the payment providers (Monetico — CIC, PayPal), La Poste for delivery, Crisp (chat, if you enable it), Google (audience measurement if you accept it; address suggestions when you enter an address) and, where applicable, Cloudflare (protection of forms against bots). Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for by the GDPR (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses).
Retention periods
- Customer account and order data: for the duration of the business relationship, then 3 years after the last purchase or last contact.
- Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
- Prospects and newsletter subscribers: 3 years after the last contact, or until you unsubscribe.
- Contact form messages: 3 years.
- Photos and requests submitted: until they are deleted at your request.
- Cookie preferences: 6 months.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to set out instructions on what happens to your data after your death. In your account, the "Personal data" section lets you download your data. For any other request, please use the contact form; proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt as to your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
