Renault 25 | V6 Turbo

The Renault 25, flagship of the diamond brand

Introduced in 1984 to replace the R20 and R30, the Renault 25 brought a very aerodynamic large hatchback shape and equipment then reserved for luxury cars: trip computer, voice synthesiser, central locking. The V6 Turbo arrived in 1985 with the turbocharged 2.5-litre PRV V6, making it one of the fastest French saloons of its time. The 1988 phase 2 restyled the front and rear, and the Baccara trim took refinement as far as leather and wood.

On an R25, it is often the interior and boot details that age worst: a gear knob worn until the shift pattern disappears, illegible labels, lost lock pictograms. Replacing them instantly restores the car's original well-groomed look.

Our decals for the Renault 25

The selection combines R25-specific items and the engine labels shared by Renaults of the period:

• Gear knob: shift pattern and numbers restoration sticker, for V6 Turbo and Baccara.
• Boot lock: R25 "Serrure électrique" label.
• Engine bay: "Renault préconise ELF", ELF Lubrifiants oil cap, coolant, battery warning and manufacturer reminders.

To complete the picture, a "Renault 25 V6 Turbo" keyring and a first-generation Renault Sport logo keyring, STICK-IN designs in soft PVC, are also available.

Restore the gear knob and labels properly

Before applying the shift pattern, remove the gear knob if possible, lightly sand the old marking and degrease the insert: the sticker must sit on a perfectly flat surface. Also check the number of gears and the reverse position of your gearbox before choosing. Under the bonnet, fit the labels on a cold engine after gentle cleaning without harsh solvents.

Each item is made to order in France within 3 to 7 days: faithful reproductions by grand tourer enthusiasts.
