Our stickers are made to order in our workshop in France. Allow 3 to 7 working days (excluding weekends, public holidays and annual closure) before shipping. The estimated lead time is shown on each product page, in the cart and in the confirmation e-mail.

You receive an e-mail at every step: payment accepted, manufacturing, shipping (with the tracking number), delivery. Everything is also visible in your account, under “My orders”.

Contact us before ordering (chat or form): we will tell you honestly whether the deadline can be met.

Shipping is free to mainland France. For other countries, the rate is calculated in the cart.

France: 48 h (Colissimo) to 3 working days (letter post) after shipping. European Union: 4 to 5 working days. Rest of the world: from 7 working days to several weeks (about 4 weeks to Australia or New Zealand).

No: we ship with La Poste, to your letterbox (letter post or Colissimo). Our premises are not open to the public, so there is no collection on site.

Yes, some decals are folded on the clear transfer tape for shipping. The sticker itself is not damaged: the transfer tape is removed and thrown away after fitting.

No. They are faithful reproductions, true (or very close) to the original: dimensions, lettering and colours taken from period parts. We are restoration enthusiasts first and foremost.

Cut: through-coloured vinyl with no background; only the letters and shapes stay stuck, your bodywork replaces the background. HD printed: high-definition print protected by a laminate against the elements.

A clear film that keeps cut letters in the right place while fitting. You peel it off once the sticker is applied. The product page states “with” or “without transfer tape”.

Yes, printed instructions come with the delivery note, matching your products (with or without transfer tape), in French or in English.

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) through our bank's secure solution (CIC), and PayPal. Card data is encrypted and never sent in clear text.

As our products are made to order to your specifications (colour, size, cut), the right of withdrawal does not apply (see our terms and conditions).

Let us know within 3 working days of receipt through the contact form, with a photo. In case of a defect or non-conformity, we find a solution (replacement).

Send us photos and dimensions of the original through “Can't find a sticker”: if it lets us remake it, the first copy is on us.
