MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Products made to order, in our workshop in France.

To guarantee you products of optimal quality, our products are manufactured after your order has been placed.

A manufacturing time must then be taken into consideration.
This (indicative) deadline is notified on all of our product sheets; in the summary of your basket; but also by email when confirming your order.

Manufacturing time is generally between 3 and 7 working days (except exceptions).

In all cases, you will be kept informed by email of any change in the status of your order:

• 1. Order validated: Payment accepted

• 2. Manufacturing of your products: Order in progress

• 3. Shipping your order: Order shipped

Delivery (to mainland France)

Your order, destined for mainland France, is shipped (unless otherwise stated) by La Poste .

Depending on the content of your purchases, your order may be sent by mail or as a parcel (Colissimo).

If possible, delivery will be made to your home (in the mailbox) , within 48 hours , working days (Colissimo) and 3 working days (mail format), after dispatch of your order.
Hand delivery, against signature (recommended), is also possible.

We also remind you that our premises are not accessible to the public. Therefore, we do not offer a collection service.

Also, delivery to a relay point is not available on our store.

Packaging :

We take care to create packaging that is perfectly suited to your products.

For logistical reasons, please note that some adhesives may be delivered "folded", on the transparent transfer paper part.
Of course, rest assured, your sticker will not be damaged since the transfer paper will have to be removed and then thrown away after applying your adhesive (our application advice will be provided with your order)!

Delivery (international)

All of our products can be shipped worldwide (except for exceptional destinations).

Your order is shipped by the French postal service "La Poste" (except for exceptions) and delivery (depending on the country) is generally carried out via your local post office (except for exceptions - we do not work with so-called "Express" carriers: "UPS", "FedEx", "TNT"...).

Depending on the content of your purchases, your order may be sent by mail ("La Poste"), or as a parcel ("La Poste - Colissimo").

If possible, delivery will be made to your home (letterbox).
Hand delivery, against signature (recommended), is also possible.

Depending on the destination, delivery times vary greatly :

• Towards the European Union, they are announced from 4 to 5 working days .
  
• To the rest of the world, please note that delivery can take from 7 working days to several weeks (4 weeks are generally observed to Australia or New Zealand, for example).
