MANUFACTURING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Products made to order, in our workshop in France.

To guarantee you products of optimal quality, our products are manufactured after your order has been placed.

A manufacturing time must then be taken into consideration.
This (indicative) deadline is notified on all of our product sheets; in the summary of your basket; but also by email when confirming your order.

Production times are generally between 3 and 7 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, and annual leave), except in special cases.

Public holidays and bridge days in 2026 (in France): January 1st, April 6th (Easter Monday), May 1st, May 8th, May 14th (Ascension), May 25th (Whit Monday), July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th, December 25th.

In all cases, you will be kept informed by email of any change in the status of your order:

• 1. Order validated: Payment accepted
• 2. Manufacturing of your products: Order in progress
• 3. Shipping your order: Order shipped

Delivery (to mainland France)

Your order, destined for mainland France, is shipped (unless otherwise stated) by La Poste.

Depending on the content of your purchases, your order may be sent by mail or as a parcel (Colissimo).

If possible, delivery will be made to your home (in the mailbox), within 48 hours (Colissimo) or 3 working days (mail format) after dispatch. Hand delivery, against signature (recommended), is also possible.

We remind you that our premises are not accessible to the public (no collection service) and delivery to a relay point is not available on our store.

Packaging:

We take care to create packaging that is perfectly suited to your products.

For logistical reasons, please note that some adhesives may be delivered "folded", on the transparent transfer paper part.
Of course, rest assured: your sticker will not be damaged, as the transfer paper is removed and discarded after applying the adhesive (application advice will be provided with your order)!

Delivery (international)

All of our products can be shipped worldwide (except for exceptional destinations).

Your order is shipped by the French postal service "La Poste" and delivery is generally carried out via your local post office. We do not work with "Express" carriers (UPS, FedEx, TNT...).

Hand delivery, against signature, is also possible (recommended).

Depending on the destination, delivery times vary greatly:

• Towards the European Union: 4 to 5 working days.
• To the rest of the world: From 7 working days to several weeks (e.g., 4 weeks for Australia or New Zealand).
