104 (+ ZS)

The 104, the small Peugeot that led the way

Unveiled in 1972, the 104 was then the smallest Peugeot: a compact front-wheel-drive car whose alloy four-cylinder engine was tilted backwards to lower the bonnet line. First offered as a four-door saloon, it later spawned a short-wheelbase coupé, the basis of the ZS, the sporty version introduced in the mid-1970s. Its career ran until the late 1980s, and its platform also underpinned the Citroën LN and Talbot Samba.

The ZS stands out with its specific badges and sportier presentation: for an enthusiast, it is precisely this lettering, often lost through successive resprays, that makes a restored coupé look authentic.

Restoring the badges of a 104 ZS

The 104's lettering changed over the model years: before ordering, compare yours with the documentation or brochures for your car's year. If the old badges have become illegible, mark their position with masking tape before removing them. Then degrease the panel, fit at room temperature and use transfer tape for cut-out characters to keep their original spacing and alignment.

All our stickers are made to order in France within 3 to 7 days: faithful reproductions by enthusiasts of classic Peugeots.
