306 (+ S16, Roland Garros)

The Peugeot 306, from S16 to Roland Garros convertible

Introduced in 1993 to take over from the 309, the 306 inherited a chassis renowned for its balance and an elegant shape. The sporty S16 received a 2.0-litre sixteen-valve four-cylinder and became one of the benchmark hot hatches of its day. The convertible, designed and built by Pininfarina, added a touch of refinement to the range.

Following a tradition started with the 205, Peugeot offered the 306 as a Roland Garros special edition, in five-door and convertible form, with graphics specific to this edition linked to the Paris tennis tournament. On these cars the markings are part of their value: an incomplete kit or an inaccurate badge stands out at once.

Our stickers for the Peugeot 306

The range covers the versions most sought after by collectors, with a few nods to the brand's motorsport history:

• Roland Garros body kits for the five-door 306 and the convertible;
• S16 badge, shared by the Peugeot 106 and 306;
• Boot sticker for manual hood operation on the 306 Cabriolet;
• Speedline PTS wheel stickers and period Peugeot rear window stickers, including "Champion du monde des rallyes 1985 et 1986" and "Un constructeur sort ses griffes";
• Keyrings S16, XSi, Roland Garros, Pininfarina, PTS and 1980s Peugeot lion, designed by STICK-IN.

Convertible or five-door: check before ordering

The Roland Garros kits do not fit the same way on the hatchback and the convertible: door length and rear-end design differ. Look for the outline of the old graphics, or compare with period photos of your version, before choosing. On a convertible, clean the boot surround and hood area carefully, as they are often dirty, and degrease just before fitting. For the wheels, work with the wheel off the car, on a clean and dry face.
