Engine bay label “Liquide de refroidissement” – Renault 1980s-90s

The “Liquide de refroidissement” (coolant) label from the engine bay of 1980s-90s Renaults.

This label sat near the expansion tank on many Renaults of the period: R5 GT Turbo, Super 5, R19, R21, R25 and Clio 16S Phase 1. Our reproduction respects the original design, with laminated high-definition printing that withstands heat.

Fitting tips

Clean and degrease the surface thoroughly (isopropyl alcohol or a mild degreaser), then let it dry: it must be clean, smooth and dry, ideally between 15 and 25 °C.

Under the bonnet, work on a cold engine and degrease well: oil vapour prevents adhesion.

Peel the decal from its backing sheet by one edge, position it, then apply it from the centre outwards to push out any air.
