Article 1: Organiser

The game is organised by STICK-IN, registered under SIRET number 510 860 786 00043, publisher of the online shop https://shop.stick-in.fr (hereinafter "the Organiser"). The Organiser's full contact details are given in the site's legal notice.

Article 2: Duration

The game starts on 3 November 2026, for an indefinite period. The Organiser may end it at any time. It will then inform participants on the site, and codes already won remain valid until their expiry date.

Article 3: Participation

3.1. The game is free, with no purchase necessary. It is open to any adult individual with a valid e-mail address, excluding the Organiser and members of its family.

3.2. To take part, during the game period, you must:

  • enter your e-mail address in the game window on the site;
  • tick the box accepting STICK-IN's marketing communications (see article 7);
  • start the animation.

3.3. Each person may take part only once during the whole game, with a single e-mail address. The Organiser may cancel any entry and the prize attached to it in the event of duplicates, false or disposable addresses, or automated entries.

Article 4: Prizes

Every entry wins: each valid entry wins one of the following prizes.

PrizeChance of winning
5% discount code on one order50%
10% discount code on one order30%
€5 voucher (incl. VAT) on an order of at least €30 incl. VAT (excluding shipping)15%
A free keyring, of your choice from the STICK-IN range, with one order5%

The prize is drawn at random by the site's server, according to the chances above. The on-screen animation (rev counter) only presents it.

Article 5: Use of prizes

5.1. The prize is announced on screen. It takes the form of a personal code, sent only to the e-mail address entered.

5.2. Each code is valid once, for an order placed on https://shop.stick-in.fr, for 15 days from the date of entry. After that, it is lost.

5.3. The code cannot be combined with another discount code, in particular code M17Q3CK6. It does not apply to shipping costs. It cannot be exchanged, refunded, converted into cash or transferred.

5.4. For the free keyring, the participant chooses it in their cart when ordering. It is shipped with the order.

5.5. If a prize becomes unavailable, the Organiser replaces it with a prize of equal or greater value.

Article 6: Liability

The Organiser is not liable for any interruption of the site, for an e-mail not received because of a wrong address or a spam filter, or for a technical problem preventing participation. Participants can retrieve their code by writing to the Organiser using the site's contact form.

Article 7: Personal data

7.1. The e-mail address entered is processed by STICK-IN to:

  • manage the entry, prevent duplicates and send the prize code (legal basis: performance of these rules);
  • send offers, news and cart reminders by e-mail (legal basis: consent given by ticking the box in article 3.2).

7.2. Participation is reserved for people who agree to receive these communications: this is the counterpart of the prize offered. This condition is clearly stated before taking part. The subscription takes effect when the participant confirms their address, by clicking the link in the e-mail containing their code or by using that code with an order.

7.3. Participants may withdraw their consent at any time, free of charge, using the unsubscribe link in every e-mail or from their customer account. Withdrawal does not cancel a prize already won.

7.4. Entry data (e-mail address, prize, code, date, proof of acceptance) are kept for 13 months after the entry, then deleted. The address subscribed to communications is kept until unsubscription, or 3 years after the last contact. They are neither sold nor passed on to third parties, except to the Organiser's technical providers (hosting, e-mail sending).

7.5. Participants have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of their data. They can exercise it using the site's contact form, and lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority. For more information, see the site's privacy policy.

Article 8: Acceptance and consultation of the rules

Taking part in the game implies full acceptance of these rules. They can be consulted free of charge throughout the game on the site's "Game rules" page. The Organiser may amend them, and the version online on the day of entry applies.

Article 9: Disputes

These rules are governed by French law. Any complaint must be sent to the Organiser using the site's contact form, no later than 30 days after the entry. Failing an amicable agreement, the participant may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator indicated in the terms and conditions of sale, or bring it before the competent court.
